As the founder of P.O.W.E.R. (Professional Organization of Women of Excellence Recognized), I have built a nationwide network and magazine designed to inspire, empower, and elevate women across all industries. P.O.W.E.R. serves as a dynamic platform where like-minded professionals can connect, gain recognition, and cultivate meaningful, lasting business relationships. My mission has always been to create a space where women feel supported, motivated, and confident in their ability to achieve success on their own terms.

Having spent years working tirelessly to help men build and grow their companies, I recognized a significant gap – there were limited spaces dedicated to uplifting and advancing women in the same way. I was driven to change that. I envisioned a community where women could come together to support, mentor, and champion one another. I want every woman to understand that she is capable of achieving anything she sets her mind to, and that together, there is nothing we cannot accomplish.

Through my role, I have the unique ability to foster meaningful connections, bridging professionals across a wide range of fields and industries – from high-profile celebrities to hardworking women building their careers and businesses every day. Creating these connections and watching women thrive is at the heart of everything I do.

I graduated from Manhattan College in New York with a degree in Elementary Education and English. While my academic background was rooted in education, my career path led me into the publishing and advertising industry, where I spent over three decades developing and managing multiple companies. These experiences ultimately paved the way for the creation of P.O.W.E.R.

In addition to publishing my own magazine, I have contributed articles to Zoosk.com – The Date Mix, Thrive Global, and Medium, focusing on topics that impact and empower women. I am the author of “Single and Not Settling! A Journey of Surviving the Dating World,” and “Sell Smarter, Not Harder: The Easiest and Most Successful Sales Techniques Using the H.A.R.D. Concept,” I am also the host of P.O.W.E.R. Talk Radio, where I continue to share insights, stories, and strategies to uplift and inspire women everywhere.
